Initial Consultation
We’ll kick things off with a focused conversation to clarify your goals, surface key challenges, and define what success looks like—so our work is targeted, relevant, and tailored to you.
Assessments + Pre-Work
You’ll complete targeted assessments and submit relevant materials so we can surface your strengths, gaps, and where your current narrative needs refinement.
Regular 1 : 1 Sessions
We meet at a regular cadence - usually every other week - for the duration of our engagement. You'll go through a custom curriculum while allowing for flexibility to discuss real time challenges and dynamics as they arise.
Ongoing Support
We're not going anywhere. Participation in the program grants you access to standalone sessions on an ongoing basis and exclusive rates for select services.
